very strange looking chick

I know he is some sort of duccle but his wing feathers stick out really weird and hes a color i've never seen before. any ideas of what this little feller is would be awesome.

I don't know but he is interesting looking. Any possibility that he might have Frizzle in his DNA? That would cause the feathers to curl and stick out. I'd love to see how he looks when mature.

I tried get the frizzles from cackle earlier this year. According to them they don't have frizzles. Cool chick good luck with her

i got him at our local feed store, but they get their chicks thru cackle. im sure hes a duccle but ive never seen that color or wing feathers do that. duccles are the only ones that grow "wings" on their legs right?

Yes looks like he could have frizzle in him to me. Be interesting to see him in a few weeks!
