Very white barred rock

I have a barred rooster it's about a month old and has a lot of white on it it's from a hatchery but all others are dark and the other rooster is also darker then him any ideas I'll post pictures later thank you

Without the photos there is no way to answer this as it may be a misidentified breed in either or both birds in question or simply a variance due to individuality
