Vet rx

May be a silly question but I've never used vet rx before and the directions are a little hard to understand. Do I have to dilute or can I put it straight on my hen? Thanks!

I put a little straight on with a q-tip but I only put a tiny bit on.

Do you put it straight on the head and wings or just in the throat?

You can put it directly on the bird. They recommend to put it under the pullet or hens wings so when she tucks her head at night she will breathe in the vet rx.

I did a combo of both.. mixed in water at first but didn't really feel that was doing anything so I put a little on a rag and put it on her head and under her wings just didn't want it to hurt her if I did it wrong it if it would be bad for her to inhale it straight like that

I put it around the beak and nostrils. That seems to work best for my birds.

Do you do this right before bed?

My girls absolutely run when they see or smell this any where near them. I have the worst time using it.
