Yes, he's a very lovely cockerel. Those pointed saddle feathers give him away.

Absolutely a cockerel.
Without a doubt.
That looks like a Cochin to me.
My bantam Cochin crowed at 4 weeks old lol.
The bright red comb and wattles are also a dead giveaway.
Cochins are usually non-aggressive breeds.
He’s beautiful!

Early comb and wattle development, and I think that I noted male specific feathering in the video = cockerel. Sorry.
