Here's a short video of our emus playing in their run. There was no editing of the speed for this video. They really are that fast! We think we have two boys and one girl. We have named them PeeWee, Stuart and Mary Katherine Gallagher.

Holy cow, they are fast! I can just imagine how fast they'll be grown up! They are just too darn adorable.

And look at the goats stealing all their food.

Yep, they steal every morsel so I only fill it it partway in the morning and leave the emus in until they have eaten then do the same at night. It won't be a problem when the emus are six feet tall. I can hang their feeder well over the goat's heads!

Oh Mary, they are so cute. DD#1 said we should get some. I told her I didn't think they would winter over. She said we could get them their very own Uggs to keep their big feet warm
