    This is very much inspired by others here on the forum. I thought I'd post a video to show how I've done what others have done. Thanks for the inspiration!

    Good job. If I had a set up like that, I'd have to put the hose in it as we almost never get rain.

    great minds think alike, mine is a bit different but along the same line
    bottom swivels to clean the cup out

    I like that red bowl waterer. I'm thinking of putting one of those in the coop as well.

    We did get a few minutes of rain here the other day. Almost enough to settle the dust. I caught about 20 gallons off the coop roof.

    Those red bowls are great they have a float in them so the bowl always stays full of water.

    That's a great system - and looks pretty simple to set up. Question: if water sits in the barrel, doesn't it get scummy?

    I just have to ask: Was that a chicken under that barrel, if so she did not want to be in the video!
