Views on Meyer Hatchery

I was thinking of ordering some chicks from Meyer Hatchery. Not wanting a big order. How are they on customer service and how are there chicks shipped? Do they have a heat pack ect????

I have never gotten any heatpacks in with them, but I have never ordered less than 25 chicks.

Customer service is great and they refund dead chicks for a week after arrival.

I recommend them to anybody who wants to order chicks. Shipping is cheap, chicks are cheap, and I have always had goodluck with there chicks and ducklings.

Just received my 3rd order from them. We have had wonderful customer service there. Our 1st order came on the coldest day of the year and chicks were left in the mail truck.

(Have I ever told you that my post office is horrible?) We did have a couple of fatalities and they refunded all that died, no questions asked. The 2nd and 3rd orders arrived perfectly. I would definately recommend them.
