Violet laced

Just looked at the link provided in one of the posts and found these two: Brown Porcelain and Red Pyle. Ithink these are prettier than the Violet Laced, But they are pretty still. Just saying.

I have a pullet out of a splash blue columbian Brahma hen and a silver laced Brahma male. She has the typical light partial lacing common to a laced /columbian first generation cross, further lightened by being blue. Kind of a ghost or shadow lacing effect if you will.

Now THAT is COOL Big Medicine!!! I like the look, even tho its a first generation cross. You're shooting for blue laced then?

I've been admiring your birds from afar for quite some time - they're AWESOME!!!

Thank you,
but no she was out of the first hatch last spring after I had split birds into breeding pens, apparently I kept eggs a tad early in this case. I find I like the contrast of the silver laced better, although I will likely try branching out into blue columbian Brahmas this year.
