Oh dear, I'm so sorry!   At least you were taking good care of it until the end.  My uncle is raising a baby grackle right now, and it's getting to the point where it'll snuggle into his neck.  ​

Thanks for asking, today all chickens are fine, we left for my home state Iowa to pick up a friend for camp coming back to MN Friday, and then I will be at camp Sunday through Friday (so don't expect any updates ).

Sorry I didn't post sooner, Dot has been trying to go broody again, but I take her off the best before she gets too far.
Someone wants the Cochin cockerels I put on Craigslist... So that's good. Some of them are freindly, I'll be sad to see them go.
