I've noticed one of my partridge Cochin chicks has yellow feet and the other one doesn't.

Which is the correct color? I really like the pink feet, I've never liked yellow legs on chickens as well.

I think yellow, and x2!
ETA: I only noticed because whenever I would hold the boy I would always notice how yellow his feet were, they just popped out. Then I realized the girl had pink feet. I think they suit her. Her name is Raspberry. And we aren't keeping the boy.

We have horses, my mom has a horse and my sister has a horse. Well I fell in love with my sisters horse so we bought her a pony and yesterday He came home!

His name is Cocklebur, 12 years old, 51 inches tall. And now I can have my sisters horse

Ginger and Speckles are the only two chickens I have from the very first batch of chickens I had, they are five years old.
Ginger has had a limp for a couple years, I recently noticed she had bumblefoot on one of her feet (I don't remember if I told you this). She is so heavy she probably scraped it on something jumping out of the coop. Plus her bum leg makes her land awkwardly. (I was sitting in a weird position for a long time and my whole leg went numb, when I got up and walked I walked just like Ginger, now I know how she feels).

I think Speckles has arthritis, her ankles are pink and a little puffy.

Marshmallow is laying regularly again after being broody. She has a new corner of the coop that she lays in than last year. (Went broody Dec. 31) It's by the waterer, Pecan and Night haven't started laying yet although their brothers have started trying to mate them. I want to give Almond away but I don't want to give Hawk away. He always comes to me but I read on BYC somewhere that you can't have 3 roosters because 2 will gang up on the other, and I'm keeping a barred Cochin bantam roo.

Hmmmmmm....it's so odd, because just tonight I noticed the same thing about my Salmon Faverolles bantams. Ginger has bright yellow feet, while Ashley's are pink.

I guess every breed can have some variation between individuals.

He's stunning! Any idea on what breed?

I just realized I'm the only non-Minnesota person on here......I'm a wee bit out of place!

Is the bumble very large? I think if you really want to keep Hawk you should. You can at least see how it goes!

Siri's chicks all have different colors of legs, but they are crossbreeds so I suppose it's different. You better pack your bags and move!

He is beautiful anyway, I think I would rather have a horse without papers because it would seem more gentle and friendly, I don't know why.

Mixed breeds are almost always the best!

I'm pretty happy where I am, but thank you!

Besides, it would be dangerous living in the same state as you. I'd be the lucky one taking all your extra goslings, ducklings, and chicklings!

Yep!

The correct color is whichever you like better.

Haha, there will be plenty of extra "lings". That is unless we decide to keep them all.
