This rain is driving me crazy. I have 2 days off work and all kinds of outside stuff to do. So I spent all day slogging around in the rain too stubborn to do inside stuff.

i can sympathize... i've got 8 breeding pens to build, with 4 houses, and hardly started on any of it... so much for having them done by early march.

Hi Bobbie, I would love to give you back Davey. I was trying to rehome two more of the partridge silkies you gave me but at the moment I have 5 roos in the coop. My girls are laying now and I think it is causing alot of camotion. Im just afraid my Big Bantam rooster is beating up on him and not letting the other roosters eat. I had let my bantams out to be free range as soon as I got the silkies but we had complaint from our neighbors so they had to go back in the coop. :( Now it is too overcrowded. I would feel so much better knowing Davey went back to you. We have come to love him too, but I am afraid he isn't liking it too well in the coop with so many roos.

ok, anyone else interested in ordering a badge with your name and info on it?

these are hard plastic badges with the info printed on them. they can have either a clip (you can use a lanyard if you have one) or magnetic back.

all i'd need is a high quality image (if you want one) and the information you want on it...

the cost would be $11 each (plus a bit more if you want me to do any design work, or shipping unless you want to pick it up either locally or at gilmanor)

if you're interested, pm me and we can get the details set up...

here's my own (with magnet back) and one i did for Canesisters (with hole for clip). 8)

Haha too many Roos can definitely cause a commotion. PM me and we can chat about the swapping. :) I'm thinking my buff girl who is laying for sure.

well, for those that wanted designer chicks, they're hatching!

so far i've got 2 dorucanas, 2 buff dorkingtons, 2 wyandorks, and a couple that might either be pure dorking, wyandorks or orpingdottes.

pure wyandottes are possible as well as pure easter eggers. wait. is that an oxymoron? ok. so i might have some pure oxymorons.

for those who are lost, i'm sorry.

the eggs currently hatching could be any combination of: roos - ee, blue laced red wyandotte, red or silver grey dorking. hens - red or silver grey dorking, black or splash laced red wyandotte, buff orpington, EE.
