Virginia

Just had to share some pics I got tonight of my little friendly buff. Really hoping for a female. :)
He/she is an absolute cuddlebug once I get her away from the brooder and her buddies. This one is the only one out of all 24 that willingly runs to my hand and hops up into it everytime I put it in the brooder. She loves her scritches :)

This type of behavior in chicks is generally more indicative of a cockerel than a pullet. Pullets tend to scatter like cockroaches when the lights come on until they get much older.

well if you can the TSC in c'burg will have its first swap a week from Saturday (first of every month). I plan to be there with a few odds and ends.
Oh!, I am planning on being there too!!, what will you have there?

Thats what I've been reading. It just acts much differently than the other males that were pretty sure we have. Time will tell. Regardless, it'll be staying haha.

Really?! I'll definitely stop by! I've been looking for swaps in the area. I've never even been to a swap so it'll be good to what its even like.

well the 2 I regularly go to are the one in c'burg on the first Saturday and Roanoke's on the 3rd Saturday. usually starting around 8 and getting done by noon, but that varies. I try to plan to be there by 8, usually it's closer to 9 LOL

I think it's like everyone that is selling pulls their trucks (or whatever they're using to sell) up in a designated row, and the buyers will park elsewhere and walk through the aisle.

I'll ask again, what will you be selling?

Quote: I usually decide what's for sale the night before. this far out all I can say is what I have RIGHT NOW. but not all of that will go to a swap...
