you don't have to upload to do it, when you go to post the message, just over the box are icons B I U Img Quote Word-link

if you click on IMG you get img][/img], You copy your link and insert between the first img] and the second [/img bracket.

Very helpful to know how to do this if you don't want to upload every picture you want to post of your chickens.
