How old is she? Is she currently laying? Could you get a picture of her?
I'd check her over well for any mites or lice.

How old is she?
When was her last egg?
Is her crop emptying?
Any lice/mites or worms?
What's your weather like - heat exhaustion?

I wouldn't jump to virus automatically.
If she's not drinking or eating, then you'll need to work on hydration. Try holding a shallow cup up to her beak and see if she will drink on her own. If not, then syringing or tubing fluids may be necessary.
