Vista, CA - Space needed for small flock

Hello - I have about 35 chickens for whom I need to find suitable space for housing. They are currently located on a ranch an hour away and I would like to have them closer so I can better care for them. It would be wonderful to find someone with land with an existing chicken house and run, but I am willing to take care of installation myself if necessary. My chickens are fed organically, so it is important that any space be free of known soil contaminants or pesticides. I am a local homeowner, in Vista since 2002, and a chicken owner for the past year, with excellent references. I am willing to pay a $50 finder's fee if it leads me to the right location.
