That is probably the same as what we call super B complex—all of the B vitamins and sometimes it has some C as well. The B compound can be crushed and given 1/4 tablet daily, but you may want to add vitamin E 400IU daily as well. The vitamin B1 thiamine is sometimes helpful in wry neck or other neurologic problems in chickens.

What neurological symptoms have you observed? B-complex may not be what this hen needs.

Your photo has been cropped above the ingredients on the label, rendering it useless as a source of information.
The only bit of the bottle that's cropped has my personal details on no ingredients on the bottle GP Prescription
I've treated her for worms mites lice also given her corid she's eating and drinking fine and she's started getting better balance (I've been giving her scrambled egg with crushed baked egg shell) but shes still wobbly and sometimes her foot is curling ive done alot of research and I think it may be vitamin related

I've been giving her lots of different food shes been treated for lice mites wor.s and even had some corid how can I give her vitamin E thank you for your reply

Wobbliness and weakness may be from lack of nourishment. Extra feedings and even some sugar water can elevate glucose levels and it can dramatically improve balance and movement. It's one of the first things I do when I see a chicken that is acting weak and wobbly. It occurs from time to time when a chicken is having a hard molt and their appetite falls off. It can also occur after a predator event that has badly frightened the chickens and sent some into shock.
