Does anyone have a copy of this manual? I acquired the incubator from a friend but would like the manual. The only contact info I could find for the company was an email address that is not in service.

I found this, which isn't teaching much, but might help with settings if that's one thing you needed, as they are showing that.

I also found this on Amazon by their Rufus answers:
"According to the product information, a manual is provided, but customers find it confusing and difficult to follow. Some customers recommend referring to online resources for help." Customers also mention it's not very accurate.

So with that, it doesn't sound like you're missing out on too much not having a manual.

The manufacturer has this not very helpful info on their Amazon posting:

1. Disconnect power supply every time before opening the machine cover; 2. Keep the incubator warm with clothes or towels when the electricity power is off; 3. Add water every one or two days; 4. Eggs to hatch must be fertilized.

To solve the inaccurate problem, that's typical with most incubators. Not many are accurate. I'd get a small thermometer/hygrometer to check the temperature, especially to make sure it's 99.5°F before putting eggs in.
