You didn't want 50 pounds of potato salad, but I see no one is bringing it, so put me on the list for potato salad

I managed to finish my coop enough today after spending a week of vacation working on it 12 hours a day and the 17 four-month old silkies are OUT OF MY HOUSE! Is anyone interested in a white silkie roo? I have 6 pullets and 11 roos. Only plan to keep two roos and the rest are headed for the freezer when they put on some weight (or don't). They are hatchery birds from TSC. Two of them have a proper comb and look pretty good. The rest are just pet quality.

Can't wait to meet all of you.

Just a reminder. Ok here's my pictures of what I am bringing. If you are intered please PM me. I only want to haul up what is spoken for....so if you think you might want them let me know. I also love to barter, so if you got something to swap for these birds just let me know.

Can we put adult chickens in the auction? wasn't sure. Also, I don't see it on the list, but it doesn't hurt to ask right,, anyone have any Lavender Orpington pullets or layers?

Is anyone bringing hatching eggs they would like to sell/trade? I don't need a whole dozen, just four or five. InHisService donated the last five eggs to my first broody and now my other frequently broody wants a chick also.

Anything will do, just as long as they are chicken eggs (no facilities for ducks/guineas/geese/peacocks/emu/etc).. My coops are at capacity so I don't want a whole dozen!

Oh and cass, Mohawk is still in with broody mom. I didn't grab it today but I saw it scooting under mom so it's getting around fine and eating. She's doing the poofball turkey circle when I get near. So cute! She's got her two little chicks and she's happy. I can't believe my HATCHERY australorp saw the chicks and now she wants some too. She's already been broody once this year also!

Check auction list. I am pretty sure someone is bringing a 1/2 dozen eggs for the auction.

Glad the chicks are doing well. I know that if I had left my chicks were the other girls could get at them they would have hurt them. They try to now, however the chicks are larger than the Hens.

featherz and Hollie....I have you listed as "will let you know what it is closer" what you are bringing to the auction. It is closer. Do you have any idea so I can post it on the list?

The list has been updated like 2 minutes ago.

People are welcome to bring things spur of the moment. The whole idea of the Chinese Auction is to raise money for the host family's expenses. I have been keeping "the list" so that people have an idea of what they might need to bring with them to bring their winnings home with them...namely boxes for chicks and coolers for hatching eggs.

The Chinese Auction will take place as soon as the late arriving attendees have a few seconds to buy tickets and drop them in cups they are interested in. Probably 4:30 pm.

Im bringing 6+/- cornish game bird eggs to the auction (hen willing) I will also have a dozen or so modern game bird eggs for sale or trade. I can split them in half if you want 6.
