This is why there's an obesity crisis, why so many people get heart disease and cancer, It's because western diets are so heavily based around animal products. Take care of yourself, all that meat isn't good for you.

And I'm not saying this to offend anyone or start an argument.

don't worry.. the reality of things is everything will cause cancer in one way or another

the light, the house your live in .. etc..

some will kill you quicker than the other that is all

plants have pesticides and other things..

so there's no way to avoid them all

so eat a balance diet and stay active..

everything in moderation for a healthy lifestyle

i'm not going vegetarian or vegan that is for sure

i started my own gardening.. and plants are also living things..

animals or plants.. i'll eat them both ..even though i'm not religious i'll give thanks before every meal and finish whatever on my plate
