Ok I know we're not super close but...

I'm thinking my Golden Sex Link will be the first. She is 15 weeks old. Her comb and wattles are getting bigger and are definitely turning red. Not as red as my one pullet who is laying but this week they are definitely different. From when the comb really turns red - how long is it usually before they lay? My barred rock seems next in line if I go by comb and wattles!

There's no set time line, they lay when they are ready. I've had some that were really red for months, and some that turned red and quickly started laying. 15 weeks is pretty young, I wouldn't expect anything for at least 3 more weeks.
