Waiting for my babies

I just found this website, and it's addicting. I'm still waiting for the chicks I ordered to come in... Speckled Sussex, Auracanas (can't spell that) and Silver Laced Wyandottes.

I love speckly chickens, in case you didn't notice

Anywho, I've admired them from afar, but does anyone have Wyandottes and Sussex in their backyard? I've never raised these breeds before.


The waiting is going to kill me, I'm sure.

I just got two gold laced wyndottes. And yes, the waiting is going to kill you...

this is my first time with chickens. I had to make a special trip to another town to pick them up!
