not far from the wall now Kisha thinks to herself. once they're all at the wall, everyone will be safe. it's a good thing i'm too young to have someone love me like Ice and clyde. I'm free to do this. Free to avenge my parents, and see them again at last. confusion comes between the hunters at the one wolf standing, glowing with super-natural colours. the hounds leap at her, but bounce off her bubble, making it ripple.

The visions for Kisha all end with images of the wolves watching intently from their safe places. now she thinks, and opens her eyes.

They shine bright gold, brighter than the markings of her coat, brighter than the sun itself. as the sun dips below the horizon, kisha's glow illuminates the scenery around her, making her easy to see from the packland wall.
