"Thanks" Kisha says with a smile, but Icefire lowers her head as she thinks of the wounded clyde. i hope he's okay too she thinks, it would be terrible if he got an infection or something. maybe i should find him and check on him?...

She walked over and began to sniff at the wound.
IceFire sat and watched, although her mind was elsewhere. Kisha stood still and patient.

She trotted over to a tree and get a pawful of cobwebs and then chewed a poultice of marigold and a few other herbs. She put the poultice on the wound, then wrapped it in the cobwebs.
(hey mipuppy are you there? it says you're watching but you're not saying anything...)
Kisha winced as the herbs were applied, as they stung slightly, but moments later the pain vanished, and she let out a relieved sigh.

"Just rest it" Hollyleap said with a smile.
"Thanks again" Kisha said gratefully. "We lost track of you the other day, when you were leading us to your pack, and then we couldn't find you again."

"No" Kisha replied, thinking. "it was shortly after that we ran into the trouble with the strange black male wolf."
