Clyde slunk away from Luna. He looked back. "I'll be back tomorrow," he promised, and headed to his den, his shoulders hunched, head low.

IcefIre and Kisha lay down side-by-side in the sunny patch of green grass in the center of the packland.
"i love this place" kisha saud out of nowhere, and Ice nodded in agreement.
"I wonder how Clyde is getting on after that fight the other day?" ice wondered out loud.
"Hmmm..." Kisha thought, "well if he was brave and tough enough to take on shadow, i'm sure he'll survive just fine."
Ice laid her chin on her forepaws. i really hope so she thought.

The two sat quietly for a while, but Kisha, still not quite a yearling, quickly grew bored.
"I'm gonna do some fishing" she said, walking a few steps to the nearby creek and sitting at the edge. IceFire hadn't seen kisha fish before, and knew it would be something funny to see.
Kisha attempted to snap her jaws at a fish, but ended up with a mouthful of water, just as Ice had the first time she tried.

Lilly whimpered, then suddenly disappeared.

Let me show you" she said. With her right forepaw poised above the water's surface, she waited untill a fish was right beneath it. then with a quick swype, she batted the fish right from the water, and caught it neatly betwen her fangs.
