Hollyleap saw Hougen and grabbed him before swimming strongly and quickly to the surface.

Kisha crossed her paws and layed her chin on them. then she closed her eyes, and visions flooded into her mind faster than the rain had come. bubbles, swirling currents, icefire swimming downwards, a bubble rippling around her. a wolf, kisha couldn't tell who, was sinking to the depths of the water, paws up. bubbles came to the surface, where other wolves paddled for their lives. the body of another wolf was washed up in a den at the water's level. all around was misery and death. Kisha opened her eyes and sprang up. "everyone listen to me" she said urgently through her mind. she doubted they would hear her shouting through the water sounds, so she spoke through her mind instead. "we have to flee the packland, otherwise wolves will drown" she didn't tell them about specifically who was in her vision.

IceFire stood at the very edge of her platform, looking down at the water. "at least let me try something first" IceFire replied, insistent. Then she closed her eye, imagined the water receding from the packland in an almighty wave, and opened her eyes. the water began to recede from the den wall, the water building into a wave. but she couldn't push it further.

Kisha saw what ice was doing. "anyone with water powers, please, help ice. we might be able to stay... if we work together" she pleaded.
