My five week old Silkie was fine yesterday. Today (s)he is not wanting to hold her head upright. She keeps her head tilted to the right but can straighten it and turn to the left to look at things or to get food. She also randomly stops and walks in a circle to the right. She goes around 3 or 4 times, realizes shes going in a circle and goes back to walking straight. Ive heard of neck problems like this but dont know if its normal or fixable... help??

Well, it is a vitamin deficiency (not sure which

) and I say if you catch it soon enough and feed her those vitamins, it should be fixable..

We got some Vitamin E but I still have questions.. How often should I give it to her? Will it hurt one of the others to get a little so she doesn't have to eat alone? And will it come back, do I need to keep feeding her Vitamin E forever or will she be okay after this?

I give it to them daily. Eventually they can start storing some since it is retained and not excreted if they have extra. I would keep the bird by itself until it has no more symptoms. Sometimes chickens will attack another chicken that behaves strangely.
