I had a hen walk strangely, like that for a couple of weeks. Then, she stopped. I believe she was molting at the time, as well. Hm-m-m, interesting.

Just be vigilant for anything that indicates illness. But, if she is active, eating and drinking ok, that's good.

I believe its molting now. Because her sister is losing feathers and walking strange too. But, both are active, eating and drinking. Thanks for the replies and I'll give an update through the week. Both look like the picture uploaded.

Oh-h-h, poor baby.

Don't forget to feed them extra protein during the molt. Some boiled chopped meats, scrambled eggs, canned or cooked fish, meal worms, even some sauteed diced tofu is good. Add, some frozen mixed vegies and cooked whole grains, and those feathers will regrow so fast!

That's not a picture of them. I found it online quickly to show the molting. But, the two girls which are leghorns are losing bit patches of feathers several parts around their body like this. Thanks for all the help. And Jem, thanks they will start eating good as you mentioned above.
