Maybe. I saw another you tube video where the young lady was teaching a muscovy to perch on her arm. Muscovies can roost, so it would be possible. Tiring I imagine - well for me and my weak arms.

Plus, you would want long gloves to keep their claws from digging in. Maybe teach it to ride on your shoulder - wearing a diaper of course.

This. I have a Pekin drake that i take for walks on a leash. For safety reasons it's kinda mandatory because of cars,dogs,etc. and really why take the risk when you can ensure his safety. I use a adjustable nylon body harness for a small dog and a 4 ft. leash. Mine loves it although my hens aren't a fan so i do believe it takes a little bit to get used too. Also a leg band would be a great idea just in case something were to happen that would separate you guys.
