I walk. I guess you could say that it’s in my dna. My family all walks daily anywhere from 4-10 miles. I grew up thinking that it was a completely normal thing to do😂 where I live now you could almost call it a daily hike. I live on a dirt road in the middle of nowhere. To get to my road you have to turn at a stop sign with no houses on that road past the sign and then once you turn onto my road there is a big sign that says “caution enter at your own risk”. My family when they first came to visit asked if the sign was a Halloween decoration😅 imagine their surprise when I told them it was put there by the county, up year round and my husband or me are the ones who do the road maintenance lol

Hello I started my weight loss journey in March but still haven’t actually went for a walk but I think I might be to a point now where I’m gonna have to get out and walk if I want to lose the rest of this weight. I used to run about 4 miles a day back in my thirties. But don’t know if I could ever do that again! Since starting my weight loss journey I’ve been keeping myself busy with yard work and that kind of stuff but it’s definitely time now for me to actually start walking or running again. We will see🤣
