thanks! yeah i literally hobble from accidents and knee surgeries lol but i manage to get a lot done around here. hubby bought me a new herbal kind of pain relief thing called conolidine i think it’s helping . i believe it’s made from some bark from a flower tree somewhere lol

Take it easy! You don’t want to injure yourself further or do permanent damage!So many rainy runs this monthPretty soon after I made it to 400 miles, my shins started hurting. The cure for that is 3-4 weeks of rest, which I’m kind of going to ignore…I am cutting back on the amount I run per week, but no way I’m going to stop. My race I’m training for is the middle of next month, and after that I’ll take some time off. But yeah. Running in wind and rain is miserable

Don't worry, it's really not that bad, hardly hurts at all. If it gets worse I'll definitely take more time off.
