Do you walk or run!?

Anyone else have experience running while pregnant? I have run throughout most of my pregnancy (slower and shorter distance than before pregnancy) but now that I am around 7 months, I get a pain around my groin after I run. I feel good during but get a soreness there for a couple days afterward. Is this my body telling me to hang up the running shoes for a while, or is it normal? I've been thinking of switching to biking, but I was just wondering if this is a common thing pregnant runners experience.

That’s interesting!!!!!!!!

Yes, I also walk twice a day. Maybe it's time to focus more on biking and walking instead of running? I always try to listen to my body, but sometimes I'm not sure what it's trying to say. 😂
I would ask your doctor to make sure, but it’s probably best to stop if it’s hurting you.
