Well I’m not sure if I want to walk in this heat LOL but Brew deserves a walk so I think I’ll force myself tonight. But I’ll wait till later evening when it cools off.

Just took Brewster for a walk. Decided to do one of the loops this time and go further than usual.

@Kiki made me do it - try to keep my daily step average above 10,000. Half of the year is gone, and I am averaging 11,223 steps/day. Hot and humid the past couple of weeks knocked me down a bit.

So funny story. My daughter just saw someone briskly walking by and she said “uhm why is she out for a walk?” And I said “well some people like to exercise” and she looks at me, says “well you don’t” and proceeds to come shake my belly maybe I should start walking…haha

Just walked over 2 miles with Brewster plus I walked earlier too so I’ve gone over 4 miles today. Plus I saw a cardinal on my walk
