Thanks still got 50 more pounds to go by March of next year
What's that in kilos?

After I had my son, 30+yrs ago I was 169kg, I took up cycle racing, aerobics, walking and bodybuilding, and lost sh*loads.
I did the ultra diet which is a drink formula, plus skipping certain foods and adding 2 tablespoons each of sunflower oil, and ACV everyday, I could even eat cream buns with the help of gymnema tablets (sugar killers).
It's a great diet, it's easy and really works..!
I have gone back up to 85-95kg occasionally, but that was doing office job sitting on my butt 12-14hrs a day, but i lose it easily.
In 2020 I was at 95kg, an was sick of feeling fat, so I started the Fasting Trainer (the icon is red with a fork in middle)
The first week is hardest, after that it's easy. I restarted the fasting trainer a week ago because I've been eating loads because it's winter. Hey, cold makes me hungry :) plus I love food!
I lost the 25kg in 8 months in 2020, I kept doing the Fasting Trainer because I like it.
I took a year off it in 22/23and even surprised myself April last year, I was with a group of friends and for the first time in my life, I nearly got blown over by the wind... That had Never happened before!! I was a couple of kg less than usual..

Anyway, I've got 3kg to lose to be back to that weight.
Anyone who is trying to lose weight an finding it hard.. never give up, there's always an end :)

Rush slowly :)

I don’t know anything about kilos.
Only pounds I started my weight loss journey in March of this year with a goal to lose 112 pounds. Don’t even know if that is possible yet but we will see. My hubby is also on this journey with me. We aren’t on any diet. We eat what we want no food is restricted we just make better choices in food. We gave up mostly junk food. I was a big junk food eater. And I just keep myself busy it really hasn’t been hard to lose once you set your mind to do it. I’m almost 6 months into my journey and have lost 62 pounds so now I got 50 more to go in the next 6 months. I know this is where it will probably get harder to lose as I have less to lose now. Wish me luck everyone!

I've just done the conversion, 112 lb is 50.83kg.
So you've lost approx 28kg so far, and Only 22.6 to go...

That's Easy :)
You'll get there no problem.

Have a look at the fasting trainer app tho ay, it tells you which stage each set of hours your body is at.
And it gives ya loads of energy, and you can Still eat whatever you want, including junk food..
I live on bread, pizza, cream buns, crisps, lollies, eggs and noodles.
I buy vegies for my chickens and dogs. I eat them when I cut them up for the animals :)
Oh an Next Saturday, it's a cruise ship market day so I'll be having fish n chips for lunch . It's our market treat. :)

169kg = 372lb, I was a 20 ton tessy.. and not from eating constantly either, after I had my son I piled on weight, I ate meat an vegies an very little junk food. I'm currently 73kg, (160lb) I am 181cm tho... my regular weight is 70kg, any less an I'm near anorexic (been that too a Long time ago) I eat 90% junk but I'm better for it. When I eat meat an veg, I pile weight on.
I bought one of those fancy body calculator scales, apparently my metabolism can't get any higher lol

Wow congratulations on your weight loss! That’s incredible. I sure hope I can reach my goal as well or atleast fairly close to it. My goal weight is my weight when I first met my husband and before I had 3 kids. So my goal might be a little much but we will see

You'll get there, just keep focused on one day at a time.
When you envision a length in the future, it becomes a chore and too hard when you have low days.

If you set one day.. then you're going to reach the goal. Example, for one day decide to lose 1kg, it's easy when you know how.

Apple cider vinegar is great but if you take too much, it can cause fluid retention so stick to 2 tablespoons twice a day maximum.

There's some kewl exercises we did on a Polytech course in 1990, I lost 2" all over in under 6wks.. without dieting.
My son was 1yr old an although I had lost most of the 'baby fat', I still had some to lose.
That's when I took up cycle racing :)

Thank you! Sometimes it helps to find inspiration in others
