Only averaged 7,023 steps per day while on vacation.

I walk! My job naturally requires that I walk a lot anyway, and I average 20,000+ steps a day as a result of that. I do also enjoy walking on my days off, but living in a hot state means I don’t do it as often. As it cools off, I’ll definitely start doing it more!

Still not bad though! I hurt my knee so my steps are down as well. Hope it doesn’t slow my weight loss journey down

If you count simply walking around outside, and chasing chickens around the yard, then I do walk and I do run.
