Went for a nice slow four mile run in the rain this morning. It rains so rarely here that it’s kind of fun to run in it. I’m up to about 370 miles on the year, I know I can easily make it to 400 if I keep it up.

Took Brew on a longer walk than usual today. Did the small loop instead of just down and back. Maybe tomorrow we will do the big loop!!! it’s not that much bigger LOL

Took Brew on the marsh LOL I’m gonna take him on a second walk later too. So we’re both getting a lot of exercise today
