I’ve barely walked this week but have a little bit. I walked today.

only 6,043 steps yesterday, but 10,302 so far today -

Went for a short run in the snow and then a walk later. Running on compact snow/ice is so fun with yaktrax, you have basically the same traction as you do on dry ground. My shins are feeling good, so I'm planning to start increasing mileage slowly.

Just walked Brew all the way down the street and back. Normally we only go part way and turn around.
