Story of my life 🫣 I actually don't really like running, I just like the feeling I get after I run :P

Doing races is really fun too, it helps motivate me to keep running.
Oh, wow. I always thought you liked running because you’re so consistent at it! :)

I only started running because I am enlisting and it’s required…but I’ve found it does make me feel better, too.

I've run for years, lately I've just been struggling to find the motivation to continue. It's also hard to fit it in with my school and work schedules :P

I need to get back into walking. :hide

I’ve been out of the hospital exactly two weeks on this coming Monday (got out November 17th) and I’ve only gone for like a few short walks. :hide

I want to get back into twice a day every day and long walks. But I’m working towards that. I got out of shape in the hospital lol

Left hip has been complaining so my daily step count has dropped off. Yearly average is now down to 9,189 steps/day.
Sorry to hear that, hope it gets better soon!
If it makes you feel better, you’re kicking my a$$ in the yearly step counts, mine is hovering around 6K.

I walked so little this weekend, my phone auto dialed 911 to report a death…
