Been doing very short walks lol he doesn’t want to go any further though. In fact, the other day, he refused to move forward and wanted to turn around so I let him and we went home LOL
 
Yes. I'm averaging 10,981 steps a day so far in 2026, but only have 9,986 so far today so that average will come down a little. How about you?

That’s awesome!!!!!! I’ve only been doing very short walks with Brew so my average is very low BUT!!!!!! I am trying to increase the walk distance and time. It’s just hard with the weather. Today I went to the store so I might be a little bit higher although I didn’t go for a true walk today. But I did go on the marsh with him a little bit so sort of LOL but mine is honestly embarrassing. :hide

I figure it is still early in the year, and weather can always negatively impact a few days exercise. Hang in there and do what you can when you can, and you'll do well.

I'm hoping to average over 10,000 steps a day for the whole year. I've done that before, but it was 8 or 9 years ago.

Anybody walking!?
I ran/walked up a small "mountain" (really a hill) today with a friend, which was fun. We ended up walking most of the way up and running down. I think it was about three miles total.

I'm currently training to run a 10k, which is six miles. So far I've gotten up to five without any issue, I think I'll go up to six next week. :D
