Walking Your Bird

I'm showing my Bantam Cochins (1 white frizzle pullet and 1 black cock). at fair this year. I'm doing showmanship with the Frizzle and I need to teach her how to walk for the judge. She's extremely lazy. Any tips?

WIll bird be expected to walk on ground or one some elevated surface? I am not familiar with such requirments on chickens.

She will be expected to walk on a long table.

Mealworms or other treat can be part of training regimen. I have similar challenge with a cockerel to get him ready by 20th to lecture high school age kids. Mine and hopefully yours already tame enough to handlle. Will begin working process tonight.
