wallpaper in coop?

I got an 8x8 wooden shed built for my chickens. I put vinyl down on the floor to make it easier to clean. I've read that wallpaper will help to make cleaning easier as well. Is this true? The walls are pretty rough and it think it might be difficult to install. Is wallpaper the best option? I want it easy to clean but don't want to spend a ton of money.

The chickens will likely pick off the wall paper.
If you want it easier to clean use one or two coats of exterior grade satin or gloss latex paint.
