when I go onto some peoples profiles they have a wallpaper up, how can I add one of those to my profile?

Is there anywhere I can find an example of what a wallpaper looks like on a user profile? I've yet to find any user profiles using a wallpaper

Hi I have wallpaper on my profile. Not sure if every one else can see it or of its just me when I go on my profile
