Wanna know why naps are a bad thing?

I had one of those weird chicken dreams last night. Told my hubby this morning what I could remember of it. Had two coops, attached to each other, just like mine are. I fed and gathered the eggs in one. The other one, I ignored. Didn't let the birds out, feed them, nothing. One day, I thought maybe I'd better check inside. In the first nest was a pile of eggs, one the size of a robin's egg. Several had about 1/4 of the shell pecked away. Inside were embryos wrapped in dry membrane, but still breathing. And there was a giant egg that was rocking back and forth, bigger than any chicken would lay. That's all I could remember. I'm surprised that I dont "bawk" in my sleep, LOL.

I've had some of those, it had to do with forgiveness and my grandmother, who died some years back at age 103. She had given my two other sisters some money, but didn't give any to me. I felt a little put out by it, then decided that was her decision and I forgave her and said I still loved her. She came to me in a dream and had the biggest smile on her face and gave me a huge hug.

Never had a problem thought after that.

I have the high school dream too. Just can't find my classroom and the halls are empty and I'm late, and I'm not prepared!

DH dreams he's at work...nothing wierd...just working. The man already works from 7 am to about 10 pm most days, monday thru saturday....and at night when he's asleep, he's there too, lol.

Sometimes he'll wake up and tell me to collect up the tools ...the mallet, chisels, etc etc.

My recurring dream is that my mom, who died of cancer 15 years ago, is alive again, and she's going to get sick again, and there's nothing any of us can do.

Now my DH's daughter has brain cancer and we just found out she's been given less than 2 years to live.

Awwwww Buff, I'm so sorry to hear that.
If it's okay with you I'll light a candle for her.

Wow Buff, so sorry, how old is she? My stepdaughter was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer 5 years ago. She underwent surgery and they cleared out the mass and she did the radiation etc. so far, she's fine - she's 40 now. Maybe it won't be as bleak as they say.

Thank you Lunachick, she's 38, but has been severely handicapped her whole life (oxygen-starved at birth), so she's only 81 lbs and has trouble swallowing, can't talk, can't move, totally dependent, etc... So the doctors don't know if she can withstand agressive treatment.
