This is a funny thread!
I have the high school locker dream still, even tho I grad in 1965. I don't think that one ever goes away.
Last night I dreamed that I was following some kind of animal and we ended up in someone's garden. It turned out to belong to a niece that I haven't seen for a long time (not a gardening type of person) and she was furious because the dogs and little kids that were with me were walking on her young plants. But then she asked us in for coffee, and we seemed to have a nice visit. Haven't a clue where that came from.
But, funny stuff aside, I come from a culture that takes dreams very seriously, and many other cultures do as well. There are different kinds of dreams, some just 'daydreams' and some are just your mind releasing stress and tension or replaying thoughts and events of the day. Then there are those dreams, some might call visions, that bring us into contact with the world in a more spiritual way. Those dreams don't come often, but are to be treasured as gifts.
