For one thing you should not even put a new duck with 2 good eyes in with a resident flock of ducks. They need to live side by side for a while to they all get use to the new guy.
They pick up real quick when one isn't like the rest so picking is always a problem, so after a few days you might try adding one of your most docile ducks in with your new call drake , then try another till all have visited with him for at least a day and night that actually may break up the dominance tier by the time they have gone in for a visit then let them all free range together always keeping an eye on your one eye boy that he gets back and can stay up with everyone. Maybe one of your resident ducks will even befriend him and help him find his way around.

Sorry I should of said they are all new! From a large flock at the breeders. We took this one eyed of him because he was about to be culled the following week as he was adding nothing in terms of breeding. They all knew one another before hand
