Wannabe homesteader in Wisconsin

Hi folks! My name is Lindsey and live in southern WI with my partner and two young kids. We have a flock of (currently) 11 chickens who free-range on our acre and a half. We have been keeping chickens for a little over a year after we both started working from home full time. We have a few Dominiques, a Delaware, a Gold-laced Wyandotte, a Cream Legbar, a few Light Brahmas, a couple Olive Eggers, and a few “mystery chickens” from Cackle Hatchery’s “rare breed” selection. We love watching their antics and teaching the kids how to care for them and feel more connected to their food systems. Thanks for having us here!
