want to help me design a logo for my egg cartons? like a sticker :)

Chilisweet... you do GREAT work! I enjoy watching this thread and seeing the neat designs. ::: sigh :::: if only I could come up with a name for our ranch. Been tryin' for years, sadly I'm not creative... I just haven't been able to come up with anything I like.

Thank you all for your kind words. I've always enjoyed doing stuff like this and it kinda goes along with my greeting card business. Just a different form of creativity.

Crazy huhn: My dh is telling me the same thing. I told him I was doing it for fun, and he looked at me like I was an idiot!!! "What? You are doing this for free???" So I may have to start charging a small fee, like $4 per design. Or he might kick me outta the house! lol

What I can do for you all is this: if you like a design, I can print it off on labels for you and then mail it to you. I would need for you to pay for the lablels though...and I have no clue how much, but at least it would save you non-computer-ish people the trouble of doing it yourself. So if you are interested in that let me know. I can also make business cards too....

Oldtimegator: I love your design! I love the look of the rooster and "Laid by loved chickens". That is so awesome! Did you design it?

I just came across this thread...
The images that chilisweet is using in the logos appear to be clipart images, and will have strong copyrites on them. I would be careful using the images for your own business logos. I'm a graphic designer and web designer, and create a lot of Farm/Business Logos for BYC members. I draw my own custom logos, and pictures for this very reason. You may use the logo for years and never have a problem, but this is just a heads up as to what could happen with using copyrighted images.
