Want to order chicks

I am interested in placing an order for chicks. Need to know where to order locally. Please help. I have tried Lake Cumberland Game bird farm and hatchery but their number doesn't work. Also tried emailing Rice's Poultry Farm but my email came back undeliverable. I want to keep it local though. Thank you.
