Hi, I am new to this forum and have been trying to purchase some silkies & Pekin pullets in Sydney. I found a bird park whom I did buy a few from but I could only get grey silkies and the pekins (2) I purchased have now realised 1 may not be a Pekin at all 
I'm confused and frustrated on how hard this has become. Please if anyone can help me with advice or these breeds please I'd appreciate it. I now have 3 grey silkies about 15 weeks old and 2 maybe 1 pekin's. I'd love to add another 1 of each with a bit of colour to my flock. I only purchased them last Saturday. I feel silly as I wanted young hens and after paying for these hens I was told the Pekin's are about 12 months already ( not what I wanted) the silkies are gorgeous but all same colour just wish I could find some one to help me honestly without all the BS..
