Wanted Buy/Rent ag land w/water, electric Jacksonville FL/Duval Area.

Hi,

I'm a born and raised farm girl transplant from Iowa. It used to take me an hour a day to chore. I want a farm in or around Jacksonville FL to raise chickens. From what I'm gathering it must be zoned for agriculture so the number of chickens I can have is not limited to two or six with no roosters.

An ideal situation would be if I could rent a barn or shed with electricity and water.

Forty minutes away or less from the Tinseltown area please.

My husband would rather not move but it may come to that.
