I'll be checking the information boards at my local feed stores! I'd also like to get some guineas for tick and june bug control. I have 3 acres that are partially wooded. How many would I be able to safely let forage? Also, our neighbor has 2 dogs that are inside for the most part, but allowed out unsupervised for an hour or so at a time, so I need to take into consideration the chance I might lose one or two.
If they are free range, I would think it would be less likely for the dogs to get them simply because they couldn't be cornered. Is that a fair assessment(sp?)?
